I wasn’t ready for this!
Anticipating a quick stay, I was surprised by the hotel’s quirky charm. The self-service breakfast started ridiculously early, enabling me to refuel before my flight. Although the decor felt somewhat dated, the cleanliness was admirable. My room featured essential amenities, but I encountered puzzling cleanliness issues in the bathroom. A fascinating experience overall!

Family friendly with easy access
This place was a decent choice, really. The room was clean and decently sized, which was great for my family. Breakfast had a lot of options – cold meats, cheeses, and even eggs, can’t forget that! !
Sure, it wasn't cheap, but the price felt reasonable for what we got.

I loved the self-check-in process. it made everything so easy. Breakfast starting at 4 AM was a lifesaver for my early flight. The nearby parking was a breeze, spacious enough to accommodate my car without any issues. Convenience stores just a short walk away came in handy for late-night snacks. The room was fine but felt a bit cramped and lacked good lighting. I also missed having staff around. it would have felt more welcoming. Although the hotel ran smoothly without them, I still prefer a bit of human interaction when traveling. I had to call to arrange my taxi, and that added some stress when I couldn't reach anyone. Everything else worked out alright though, and I enjoyed my time overall.

A Comfortable Stay with Friendly Service!
I enjoyed my 2 nights here. The staff were warm and approachable, always ready to assist. The room was clean and spacious, providing a cozy retreat after exploring nearby restaurants. A tip, the frosted glass bathroom door offers little privacy, so share the space wisely!

Great location near the airport, but no staff interaction during our stay.

missingWrote a review on 08 Junself-check-in systemspacious parkingcleanliness issues
The self-check-in system at this hotel provides easy access, especially for late arrivals. There’s a spacious parking area, which is a big plus for those needing to rent a car and explore the area directly.
The absence of on-site staff is unsettling, especially with the front door lock being broken and left open, which raises security concerns. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired—the carpets are threadbare, the common area plants are dying, and the shower has an odd slippery feel, likely due to soap scum buildup. A single pack of instant coffee in the room feels inadequate, especially when other places offer more. Plus, the overall smell of bleach upon entry is overpowering and not pleasant at all.

If you're after good local eats, there's a smorgasbord of options nearby, like Malai-Thai and Keflavik Cafe that dish out some tasty flavor. Plus, the early breakfast from 4 AM is a lifesaver for those zipping to the airport! Can't beat that deal if you're on a tight schedule.
Sure, jazz was nowhere to be found, and the check-in felt a bit ghostly with no staff around.
